Cartier eCommerce Operations Specialist

- Manage daily eCommerce orders, cancellations, returns, and exchanges.
- Monitor order flow and ensure seamless shipping processes.
- Coordinate client communications regarding returns and exchanges.
- Maintain strong relationships with logistics, SCM, and retail teams.
- Report and monitor issues in the order process to headquarters.
- Oversee stock fulfillment and collaborate with SCM and boutiques for stock transfers.
- Support omni-channel operations, including boutique pick-up orders and client complaints.
- Utilize systems such as Fluent, Salesforce, OMS, and SAP for order tracking and process improvements.
- Bachelor's degree or higher.
- 2-4 years of experience in eCommerce, logistics, or customer service administration.
- Fluency in Korean and English.
- Experience with Salesforce, SAP, or similar systems preferred.
- Experience in luxury retail eCommerce operations preferred.
- Strong problem-solving and process improvement abilities.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Attention to detail and a high sense of responsibility.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
2-4 years in eCommerce, logistics, or customer service administration, preferably within the luxury retail sector.
Bachelor's degree or higher.
