Cartier E-Commerce Intern

- Update the e-commerce platform to ensure alignment with international websites, including catalog updates and new product registrations.
- Structure and create collection and category pages, and monitor both mobile and desktop versions of the website daily.
- Manage system integrations related to stock, catalog, prices, and clients.
- Oversee e-commerce order management to ensure a superior customer service experience, including order tracking, SLA monitoring, and coordination of returns and exchanges.
- Assist sales associates and CRC ambassadors, ensuring prompt response to customer requests and supporting E-CRM initiatives.
- Monitor key performance indicators and manage supplier orders and payments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Data, Digital, or E-Commerce.
- Advanced proficiency in English.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Sensitivity to the needs and aspirations of luxury clients.
- Aptitude for working with data.
Experience in an e-business or digital environment is required. Experience with sales teams and luxury goods is advantageous.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Data, Digital, or E-Commerce.
