Distribution Intern

1. Conduct monthly follow-ups with clients for sales control system updates.
2. Manage stock control and client follow-ups.
3. Support the Ambassador Program, including event preparation and program follow-ups.
4. Create, implement, and monitor incentive campaigns.
5. Follow up on the My Learning Program for clients.
6. Coordinate the CARE program with partners.
7. Dispatch office materials and promotional items to sales points.
8. Maintain constant contact with ambassadors to meet product demands.
9. Assist the Projects team with purchase order billing.
10. Support the local Supply Chain team with SAP shipments.
11. Wrap gifts for partner dispatch.
12. Organize and inventory the merchandise warehouse.
13. Control monthly partner inventories.
14. Update Sell-in and Sell-out result spreadsheets.
15. Manage the Mirror program and its payments.
16. Support and monitor Visual Merchandising activities at sales points and collaborate on training.

1. Currently studying in the evening from the 3rd semester in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related fields.

1. Advanced English proficiency
2. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office

No specific experience required, suitable for students in relevant fields.

Currently enrolled in a relevant undergraduate program.
