Cartier Wholesale Distribution Intern

- Conduct monthly sales control follow-ups with clients to update the Booster system.
- Manage stock control through regular client follow-ups.
- Oversee the Ambassador Program, including event preparation and program tracking.
- Create, implement, and monitor incentive campaigns.
- Coordinate the My Learning Program follow-up for clients.
- Maintain the CARE program follow-up with partners.
- Dispatch office materials and other point-of-sale promotional materials.
- Maintain constant communication with ambassadors to fulfill bracelet and VM product requests.
- Support the Projects team with invoicing and purchase order processing.
- Assist the local Supply Chain team with merchandise dispatch via SAP.
- Prepare and dispatch gifts to partners.
- Organize and catalog the merchandise inventory.
- Conduct monthly inventory control for partners.
- Update Sell-in and Sell-out result spreadsheets.
- Manage the Mirror program and its associated payments.
- Support and monitor Visual Merchandising activities at points of sale, including training collaboration.
- Currently enrolled in the third semester or higher of Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related fields.
- Advanced proficiency in English.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite.
No prior experience required, but relevant coursework in business, economics, or engineering is advantageous.
Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
