Cartier Development Planner

- Oversee the planning cycle for traditional watch development, ensuring alignment of workload and capacity with product launch timelines.
- Monitor development processes by establishing and tracking performance indicators related to cost, quality, and deadlines.
- Manage information systems such as Anaplan and Power BI to support development activities.
- Coordinate budget and investment tracking for the department.
- Promote continuous improvement initiatives to enhance departmental performance.
- Engineering degree or equivalent qualification.
- Experience in planning and project management.
- Strong proficiency in information systems, particularly Excel and Power BI.
- Excellent team collaboration abilities.
- Autonomous and pragmatic approach to work.
Proven experience in planning and project management within a relevant industry.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
