- Develop a comprehensive understanding of the competitive landscape, local community, and emerging trends.

- Oversee customer flow on the shop floor, ensuring exceptional service and no client is left unattended.
- Resolve customer issues effectively to delight and retain client relationships.
- Measure and strive to exceed boutique sales targets consistently.
- Monitor, support, and develop the team to elevate their experience and define individual development plans.
- Engage the team with regular communication about Maison's vision, strategy, and business goals.
- Act as a Maison Ambassador, ensuring the boutique's image aligns with Maison's guidelines.
- Strengthen team spirit and support collaboration within the boutique management team.
- Drive best practices and cross-functional collaboration with other Cartier boutiques.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail and management.
- Proven ability to build strong relationships and manage sales associates towards achieving company objectives.
