- Serve as a Maison Ambassador, ensuring the boutique's image aligns with Maison's guidelines.
- Foster team spirit and support collaboration within the boutique management team.
- Drive best practices and cross-functional collaboration with other Cartier boutiques.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail and management.
- Proven ability to build strong relationships to effectively manage sales associates towards achieving company objectives.
