1. Develop a comprehensive understanding of the competitive landscape, local community, and emerging trends.

4. Address and resolve customer issues to enhance client satisfaction and retention.

6. Monitor, support, and develop team members, providing coaching and defining individual development plans.
7. Communicate the Maison's vision, strategy, and business goals through regular team meetings and briefings.
8. Serve as a Maison Ambassador, maintaining the boutique's image in line with Maison's guidelines.
9. Enhance team spirit and support collaboration within the boutique management team.
10. Drive best practices and foster cross-functional collaboration with other Cartier boutiques.

1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail and management.
2. Proven ability to build strong relationships and manage sales associates effectively.

3. Ability to build a digitally-savvy workforce.
4. Proficiency in Czech and English; German and French are advantageous.

A minimum of 5 years in retail and management roles, demonstrating leadership and sales acumen.
