Cartier Deputy Boutique Manager

- Develop a comprehensive understanding of the competitive landscape, local community, and emerging trends.
- Foster a positive and professional team environment that promotes trust, integrity, and high performance standards.
- Oversee customer flow on the shop floor, ensuring exceptional service and no client is left unattended.
- Address and resolve customer issues to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
- Evaluate sales performance and consistently strive to exceed boutique sales targets.
- Monitor, support, and develop team members, providing coaching and defining individual development plans.
- Communicate the Maison's vision, strategy, and business goals through regular team meetings and briefings.
- Serve as a Maison Ambassador, maintaining the boutique's image in line with Maison's guidelines.
- Enhance team spirit and support collaboration within the boutique management team.
- Drive best practices and foster cross-functional collaboration with other Cartier boutiques.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail and management.
- Proven ability to build strong relationships and manage sales associates effectively.
- Strong communication and customer orientation skills.
- Collaborative spirit and enthusiasm.
- Ability to build a digitally-savvy workforce.
- Proficiency in Czech and English; German and French are advantageous.
A minimum of 5 years in retail and management roles, demonstrating leadership and sales acumen.
