Cartier Deputy Boutique Manager

- Create a positive and productive boutique environment by leveraging both personal and team expertise to foster a collaborative network.
- Manage, train, coach, and motivate the boutique team, ensuring adherence to the Maison's processes and procedures.
- Monitor individual objectives, evaluate performance, and support personal and talent development under the supervision of the Boutique Manager.
- Oversee back office and administrative functions of the boutique, ensuring timely execution and delivery of reports.
- Assist the Boutique Manager in performance analysis and action plan development to achieve brand and boutique targets.
- Lead the implementation and monitoring of boutique action plans, optimizing quantitative and qualitative performance.
- Act as an ambassador of the Maison, supporting client portfolio expansion and loyalty growth.
- Contribute to the organization and coordination of client treatments and boutique events.
- Ensure exceptional client experience and maintain the highest degree of courtesy and professionalism.
- Monitor boutique welcoming and flow, co-leading the continuous improvement process.
- 5-7 years of experience in selling luxury items, ideally in the jewelry and/or watch industry.
- Relevant management experience.
- Excellent communication skills in German and English.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Resilient team player with a confident, open demeanor.
- Exact and precise working methods.
- Knowledge of SAP or similar merchandise management programs.
5-7 years of experience in luxury sales, ideally within the jewelry and/or watch industry, coupled with relevant management experience.
