- Conduct annual census of the status of Cartier Women's Initiative fellows and their impact businesses, ensuring accurate data entry in internal databases and Salesforce.
- Prepare and analyze impact survey data, ensuring consistency and accuracy.
- Populate Salesforce import templates with key data from fellow applications, program participation, and impact surveys.
- Implement data cleaning and review of all internal databases as needed.
- Analyze shortlisted applications to support fellow selection, including analysis of team composition and business models.
- Code and analyze awards applications data to provide insights into women's impact entrepreneurship.
- Compile entrepreneurship statistics and application trends to inform strategy.
- Conduct research to update gender and entrepreneurship statistics for communications.
- Coordinate Jury member onboarding, including document collection and communication.
- Update Jury member and applicant reference materials.
- Develop and manage timelines for Jury presentations and calls, scheduling using MS Teams.
- Conduct technical check calls with top applicants and serve as technical moderator during Jury sessions.
- Support other Cartier Women's Initiative team projects as needed.
- 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced environment focusing on data analytics.
- Master's Degree student at an accredited college or university.
- Strong quantitative skills and confidence in data manipulation and analysis.
- Exceptional organizational skills and time management.
- Attention to detail and commitment to excellence.
- Self-motivation and accountability.
- Mastery of MS Suite, particularly MS Teams, Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
- Effective communication skills with non-technical audiences.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
- Domain expertise in the impact entrepreneurship ecosystem and gender-lens movement.
- Interest in women's empowerment, social and environmental impact, startups, entrepreneurship, and venture capital.
- Professional fluency in English and French, additional language desired.
2+ years of experience in a fast-paced environment with a focus on applied data analytics.
Master's Degree student at an accredited college or university.
Up to 1400 euros gross monthly, depending on the level of study.
