Cartier Customer Service Associate

- Provide optimal after-sales customer service.
- Manage administrative tasks from product receipt to return.
- Engage in intensive communication and collaboration with Richemont Customer Service.
- Prepare and conduct interim and main inventories for repairs and leather straps.
- Structure and organize the service area.
- Perform technical tasks such as polishing, engraving, and watchband adjustments.
- Proactively manage customer complaints.
- Completed commercial training or technical training as a watchmaker or goldsmith; career changers from the hospitality industry are also welcome.
- Several years of experience in after-sales customer service, ideally in the jewelry and watch segment.
- Strong enthusiasm for the brand and its products.
- Proficiency in German and English.
- Knowledge of MS Office and experience with SAP/ERP is advantageous.
- Flexibility, resilience, loyalty, service orientation, communication skills, teamwork, and professionalism.
