Cartier CRM and Communications Budget Coordinator

- Manage the 'My Client' app, implementing new features, training sales teams, and resolving IT issues.
- Plan and execute strategic CRM projects, monitor ROI, and share insights with regional peers.
- Serve as the CRM activities reference on SAP, training boutique and headquarter staff.
- Collaborate with the communication team for client treatments and monitor ROI.
- Organize VIP committees in boutiques and support client activity planning.
- Monitor competitor activities regarding VIP treatments.
- Consolidate and upload marketing and communications budgets in Light/Athena, updating monthly.
- Support budget planning and analysis, suggesting best practices and HQ guidelines.
- Create and lead a local 'performance' community, focusing on performance communication and training.
- Proven finance acumen with strong analytical skills.
- Experience in planning, multitasking, and project management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Positive attitude and strong team collaboration skills.
- Self-starter with initiative and responsibility.
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce) is advantageous.
- Familiarity with Light/Athena is beneficial.
