CRM and Communications Budget Coordinator

1. Manage the 'My Client' app, implement new features, and train the sales team.
2. Plan and implement strategic CRM projects, monitor ROI, and share best practices.
3. Serve as the CRM activities reference on SAP, train staff, and become a key user.
4. Collaborate with the communication team to plan and monitor client treatments.
5. Plan VIP committees in boutiques and support client activities planning.
6. Monitor competitor activities on VIP treatments.
7. Collect, consolidate, and upload marketing and communications budgets in Light/Athena.
8. Support the marketing and communications team during budget planning and analysis.
9. Create and animate a local 'performance' community for learning and development.

1. Highly analytical with proven finance acumen.
2. Strong planning, multitasking, and project management skills.
3. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
4. Positive attitude and good team player.
5. Self-starter with initiative and responsibility.
6. Ability to work proactively and autonomously.

1. Knowledge of CRM systems (Salesforce) is a plus.
2. Knowledge of Light/Athena is a plus.
