Cartier Continuous Improvement Project Manager

1. Manage a portfolio of projects from specification to completion in industrial transformation, continuous improvement, and digitalization.
2. Ensure project tracking, management, and coordination.
3. Understand needs and challenges, and frame projects including planning, deliverables, and KPIs.
4. Lead project teams and report to project steering committees and management.
5. Support change and transformation initiatives.
6. Develop a culture of continuous improvement, fostering innovation and collaboration.
7. Oversee operational management of precious materials in production.
8. Conduct physical and temporal framing of non-valuable precious material recovery.
9. Lead and animate continuous improvement initiatives.
10. Perform monthly control and analysis of precious material management data.
11. Train new employees in daily management best practices.
12. Audit production sectors.

1. Engineering degree in mechanics.
2. Good industrial environment skills, ideally in machining.

1. Leadership and analytical skills.
2. Project management expertise.
3. Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Industry 4.0.

Minimum of 2 years of professional experience demonstrating dynamism and autonomy.
