Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of projects from specification to completion in industrial transformation, continuous improvement, and digitalization.
- Ensure project tracking, management, and coordination.
- Understand needs and challenges, and frame projects including planning, deliverables, and KPIs.
- Lead project teams and report to project steering committees and management.
- Support change and transformation initiatives.
- Develop a culture of continuous improvement, fostering innovation and collaboration.
- Oversee operational management of precious materials in production.
- Conduct physical and temporal framing of non-valuable precious material recovery.
- Lead and animate continuous improvement initiatives.
- Perform monthly control and analysis of precious material management data.
- Train new employees in daily management best practices.
- Audit production sectors.
Qualifications
- Engineering degree in mechanics.
- Good industrial environment skills, ideally in machining.
Skills
- Leadership and analytical skills.
- Project management expertise.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Industry 4.0.
Experience Requirements
Minimum of 2 years of professional experience demonstrating dynamism and autonomy.
