Cartier Continuous Improvement Project Manager

- Manage a portfolio of projects from conception to execution in industrial transformation, continuous improvement, and digitalization.
- Ensure project follow-up, steering, and coordination, including understanding needs, project framing, team leadership, and reporting to the project steering committee and management.
- Support change management and transformation initiatives.
- Develop a culture of continuous improvement within teams, promoting innovation and collaboration.
- Oversee operational management of precious materials in production, including physical and temporal framing of non-valuable material recovery.
- Lead and animate continuous improvement initiatives, including reporting and monthly data analysis.
- Train new employees on best daily management practices and conduct production sector audits.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Strong leadership and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in project management and Lean Manufacturing.
- Understanding of Industry 4.0 concepts.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in an industrial environment, preferably in machining, demonstrating dynamism and autonomy.
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
