1. Manage a portfolio of projects from conception to execution in industrial transformation, continuous improvement, and digitalization.
2. Ensure project follow-up, steering, and coordination, including understanding needs, project framing, team leadership, and reporting to the project steering committee and management.
3. Support change management and transformation initiatives.
4. Develop a culture of continuous improvement within teams, promoting innovation and collaboration.
5. Oversee operational management of precious materials in production, including physical and temporal framing of non-valuable material recovery.
6. Lead and animate continuous improvement initiatives, including reporting and monthly data analysis.
7. Train new employees on best daily management practices and conduct production sector audits.

1. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.

1. Strong leadership and analytical skills.
2. Proficiency in project management and Lean Manufacturing.
3. Understanding of Industry 4.0 concepts.
4. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in an industrial environment, preferably in machining, demonstrating dynamism and autonomy.

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
