- Deliver engaging training sessions on product knowledge, sales techniques, and client experience.
- Execute training programs for retail and office staff according to the local training plan.
- Support in-class training with field follow-ups to reinforce learning.
- Provide training to external boutiques and partners to enhance knowledge levels.
- Organize training logistics to ensure efficient development experiences.
- Distribute training materials, including new eLearning content, as required.
- Identify future training needs to support business performance.
- Provide individual coaching to boutique team members to enhance client experience and service skills.
- Collaborate with Boutique Managers and L&D Manager to build dynamic coaching plans.
- Design and implement tools and frameworks for effective coaching.
- Curate or adapt international retail training content to meet local needs.
- Promote online training tools across the retail community.
- 5 years of experience in training delivery.
- Experience in a luxury jewelry or watch boutique.
- Strong public speaking and facilitation skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in digital tools, including e-learning platforms and PowerPoint.
- Empathy and results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work autonomously with strong organizational skills.
- Curiosity and willingness to improve personal knowledge.
- Fluency in English and either French or German.
5 years of experience in training delivery, with a background in luxury jewelry or watch boutiques.
