- Develop and implement a comprehensive training plan for Northern Europe boutiques and partner communities, aligning with the overall retail and global training strategies.
- Collaborate with the Learning & Development Manager to design new training modules and tools, ensuring effective communication with the central training department.
- Analyze retail team performance to identify individual and organizational training needs.
- Organize and deliver training sessions, managing logistics and administrative processes to ensure a coherent development experience.
- Execute product and cultural training programs, adapting international content to local demands.
- Facilitate internal training communication and promote online training tools.
- Guide and support new joiners for successful integration into the boutique environment.
- Create and maintain reporting tools for training execution and monitoring.
- Maintain strong relationships with HR Business Partners and sales managers.
- 5 years of experience in retail business, hospitality, retail training, or Learning & Development roles with a focus on retail sales.
- Proficiency in German and English, both spoken and written.
- Excellent communication and public speaking skills.
- Intercultural competencies and ability to inspire retail and commercial teams.
- Empathetic and people-oriented approach.
- Results-oriented with a creative mindset.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work autonomously.
- Willingness to travel extensively (60%-80%).
5 years of experience in retail business, hospitality, retail training, or Learning & Development roles with a focus on retail sales.
Professional certification in a training/coaching field is a plus.
