- Collaborate with the Commercial Director to support the UAE's strategic plan and enhance organizational performance.
- Provide accurate weekly estimates and comments by boutique, channel, and market for commercial leadership.
- Lead short, medium, and long-term forecasts across all commercial channels.
- Deliver timely reports, dashboards, and ad-hoc analyses to market managers.
- Coordinate market analysis and business planning with the Regional Business Planning team.
- Define commercial priorities and provide market intelligence data to support business growth.
- Offer actionable insights into network performance and contribute to market development.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Communication, and Client departments for analysis and insights.
- Support commercial managers in analyzing sell-in and sell-out performance.
- Develop new reporting tools and drive performance awareness among commercial managers.
- Participate in three-year planning with market insights and forecasts.
- Analyze and propose efficient ways to manage network performance.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in business analysis, project management, or consulting within a large international organization.
- Degree in Business Management, Business Development, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Strong business and analytical acumen with the ability to interpret data trends.
- Commercially astute with knowledge of the UAE and Middle East region preferred.
- Proven track record of building cross-functional relationships and credibility.
- Proficiency in analytics tools and dashboards, as well as Microsoft Office suite.
- Fluency in English; additional language skills are advantageous.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects effectively.
- Strong curiosity, self-drive, and resourcefulness.
- Experience in navigating complex international environments.
