- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients through various non-face-to-face channels, ensuring exceptional customer service and achieving sales targets.
- Understand and adhere to company and CRC policies and goals, actively contributing to personal and team sales objectives.
- Enhance customer satisfaction by implementing clienteling strategies, creating unique and memorable experiences.
- Collect and manage client data in compliance with company standards, utilizing databases such as Salesforce for continuous follow-up and relationship building.
- Collaborate with supervisors and team members to address irregular situations and improve service quality.
- Promote and sell products through effective communication and understanding of client needs across multiple channels, including phone and email.
- Contribute to the development of new clients and the retention of existing ones through personalized service and follow-up.
- Participate in self-development activities to enhance skills and contribute to the growth of team members.
- Fluency in Japanese is mandatory.
- Minimum of 3 years of sales experience, preferably in non-face-to-face channels.
- Knowledge of luxury industry trends and competitor activities.
- Familiarity with Cartier's products, history, and brand DNA.
- Proficient in building and maintaining client relationships through non-face-to-face communication channels.
- Strong active listening and communication skills.
- Ability to empathize with clients and address their needs effectively.
- Competence in using digital tools and platforms such as Salesforce.
- Strong organizational and planning skills.
