- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients seeking after-sales service for Cartier creations, ensuring client satisfaction and maintaining the Maison's reputation for excellence.
- Interpret client requests and provide appropriate solutions, offering technical explanations in a client-friendly manner.
- Manage client service orders, ensuring proactive communication and seamless service delivery.
- Monitor client orders, ensuring meticulous attention to detail throughout the repair process, including data registration, communication, approval, and billing.
- Collaborate with boutique and market stakeholders to ensure a seamless service process.
- Contribute to after-sales turnover by reducing return-unrepaired rates, discounts, and gratuities.
- Identify service recommendations and potential conversion opportunities to enhance client interaction.
- Embody exceptional customer service, offering personalized interactions and complying with Cartier's high standards of sales and service.
- Participate in team meetings to support boutique strategies and foster continuous improvement.
- Experience in client service, preferably within the luxury industry.
- Strong knowledge of Cartier products and services.
- Experience in watchmaking and jewellery is highly appreciated.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage stress and maintain confidentiality.
- Adaptability to changing priorities.
- Great attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in IT skills, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
Previous experience in client service, ideally within the luxury industry, is preferred. Familiarity with Cartier products and services is advantageous.
