Cartier Client Service Administrator

- Manage the Care Service administration within the boutique, ensuring seamless operations from registration to payment.
- Implement Cartier Client Service rules and policies to uphold the brand's esteemed client experience.
- Accurately record client data and manage notifications recorded by boutique staff.
- Coordinate with boutique staff, watchmakers, and jewelers to follow up on client repair orders and update clients as necessary.
- Conduct quality control and billing for in-boutique services and platform repair orders.
- Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or letter, maintaining high standards of communication.
- Monitor stock of spare parts, leather straps, and Care Service accessories, preparing and placing orders as needed.
- Assist with inventory checks and manage repair order delivery processes with brand partners.
- Experience in an administrative or client service role, preferably within the luxury industry.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook; SAP experience is beneficial.
- Client-focused with strong business acumen and problem-solving skills.
- Proactive and positive attitude towards colleagues and clients.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Previous experience in an administrative or client service-oriented role, ideally within the luxury sector.
