- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales goals through exceptional customer service and strategic client engagement.
- Maximize opportunities for client purchases and repurchases through targeted actions and clienteling initiatives.
- Deliver a highly professional service in an omnichannel environment, ensuring a seamless Cartier experience across all touchpoints.
- Engage with clients and visitors to provide outstanding customer service, maintaining high standards and solid product knowledge.
- Proactively develop personal knowledge and skills through training and workshops provided by the company.
- Act as a brand ambassador, embodying Cartier's values and enhancing brand enthusiasm within the boutique.
- Uphold boutique operations and compliance with Cartier's security and operational procedures.
- Promote new services and tools, mastering transaction and client management systems.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Knowledge of watchmaking and jewelry techniques is a plus.
- Exceptional ability to drive change and initiatives to achieve company goals.
- Strong multitasking skills to handle competing priorities efficiently.
- Ability to analyze risks and anticipate customer needs proactively.
2-5 years of experience as a client advisor in retail or other service industries, with luxury and/or hospitality experience considered a plus.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
