- Oversee the creation of advanced people analytics dashboards to provide actionable insights and support business performance.
- Drive the democratization of people analytics, empowering stakeholders with access to workforce insights and self-service analytics capabilities.
- Partner with Richemont Group HR People Analytics team to enhance deliveries and leverage Group practices.
- Manage HR data platform, ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations and internal policies.
- Lead Cartier's global HR digital transformation program, integrating Cartier's needs with Richemont Group's strategies.
- Drive the Cartier HR Digital roadmap, focusing on Workday implementation and user adoption strategies.
- Oversee the design and implementation of digital HR solutions that meet business needs.
- Establish a robust portfolio management framework for International HR initiatives, utilizing AGILE and Product Management methodologies.
- Lead and manage a team of experts, providing strategic direction and fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.
- Proven experience in leading HR digital transformation initiatives in a global organization.
- Strong understanding of people analytics principles and practices.
- Experience with Workday implementation and other HRIS systems.
- Ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
- Experience with agile project management methodologies and product management best practices.
- Experience in the luxury retail industry is a plus.
