- Collaborate with the Purchasing Manager to implement the procurement strategy, optimize global processes, and anticipate financial and operational risks.
- Manage a portfolio of traditional jewelry subcontractors, fostering strong relationships and facilitating interactions between partners and internal teams.
- Contribute to the enhancement of partner performance through active participation in progress plans.
- Identify and onboard new partners, coordinating with Legal, Transport, Supply Chain, Technical, and Quality departments.
- Analyze product cost structures and generate detailed purchasing performance reports.
- Ensure data integrity in ERP and BI systems for accurate analysis.
- Participate in cost negotiations for new and existing product lines, collaborating with internal teams to optimize costs.
- Promote Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) policies among subcontractors, ensuring sustainable and socially responsible partnerships.
- Degree from an engineering or business school with a specialization in Purchasing or Supply Chain.
- Significant experience in project or production purchasing, with exposure to industrial cost breakdowns.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on listening, integrity, and confidentiality.
- Rigorous, analytical, methodical, organized, curious, and proactive.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and familiarity with SAP and Power BI.
- Ability to work in a complex and agile project team environment with high autonomy and prioritization skills.
5 years of experience in a similar role within a complex and agile environment.
Degree in engineering or business with a specialization in Purchasing or Supply Chain.
