1. Manage and develop a multicultural team of approximately 35 employees.
2. Achieve commercial goals and deliver exceptional customer experiences reflecting the Maison's signature.
3. Promote the boutique as an incubator for talent and innovative operating models.
4. Collaborate with Cartier Switzerland departments to enhance commercial and operational performance.
5. Create a motivating environment fostering performance, learning, and personal development.
6. Translate boutique strategy into individual and collective priorities and objectives.
7. Represent the Maison's image and values to internal and external audiences.
8. Ensure customer-centric actions in alignment with the Maison's image and strategy.
9. Guarantee excellence in customer experience, hospitality, and event programming.
10. Maintain and strategically activate the customer database.
11. Deploy customer strategy and annual events program to enhance boutique appeal.
12. Supervise operations, promoting efficiency and continuous improvement.

1. Master's degree or equivalent

1. Strong leadership, communication, and management skills
2. Knowledge of the luxury goods industry, especially jewellery and watchmaking
3. Strong organisational skills and long-term vision
4. Expertise in clienteling and handling VIP clients
5. Performance culture and results orientation
6. Excellent analytical skills and understanding of retail productivity levers
7. Fluency in German and English; Swiss German is a plus
8. Strong digital skills and interest in new technologies and media
9. Strong interpersonal skills

10+ years of retail experience in managing and developing large teams, with experience in an international environment.

Master's degree or equivalent
