- Manage and develop a multicultural team of approximately 35 employees.
- Achieve commercial goals and deliver exceptional customer experiences reflecting the Maison's signature.
- Promote the boutique as an incubator for talent and innovative operating models.
- Collaborate with Cartier Switzerland departments to enhance commercial and operational performance.
- Create a motivating environment fostering performance, learning, and personal development.
- Translate boutique strategy into individual and collective priorities and objectives.
- Represent the Maison's image and values to internal and external audiences.
- Ensure customer-centric actions in alignment with the Maison's image and strategy.
- Guarantee excellence in customer experience, hospitality, and event programming.
- Maintain and strategically activate the customer database.
- Deploy customer strategy and annual events program to enhance boutique appeal.
- Supervise operations, promoting efficiency and continuous improvement.
- Master's degree or equivalent
- Strong leadership, communication, and management skills
- Knowledge of the luxury goods industry, especially jewellery and watchmaking
- Strong organisational skills and long-term vision
- Expertise in clienteling and handling VIP clients
- Performance culture and results orientation
- Excellent analytical skills and understanding of retail productivity levers
- Fluency in German and English; Swiss German is a plus
- Strong digital skills and interest in new technologies and media
- Strong interpersonal skills
10+ years of retail experience in managing and developing large teams, with experience in an international environment.
Master's degree or equivalent
