- Welcome clients and manage waiting times to ensure the highest level of customer experience upon entry and throughout their visit.
- Guide clients to appropriate areas within the boutique and introduce them to sales staff.
- Provide seating, refreshments, and reading materials to clients.
- Communicate estimated waiting times and ensure the first available sales associate or customer service representative attends to clients.
- Assist sales associates by handling merchandise and returning items to designated locations.
- Support back-office tasks related to sales, including warranty documentation and gift wrapping.
- Coordinate taxi arrangements and assist with non-payment related customer care services, such as product transportation.
- Adhere to all group, maison, and boutique policies and guidelines.
- Participate in inventory management, price labeling, and store opening and closing procedures.
- Contribute to the implementation of visual merchandising guidelines.
- Order boutique supplies, including bags, refreshments, printed materials, and office supplies.
- Ensure the reception and counters are in pristine condition.
- Minimum experience in retail, preferably in the service sector or luxury industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with BI and SAP Retail Portal is advantageous.
- Fluency in Japanese and either English or Chinese.
Candidates should possess at least minimal experience in retail, with a preference for those who have worked in the service sector or luxury industry.
