Cartier Boutique Assistant

- Welcome clients and manage waiting times to ensure efficient service.
- Assist Sales Associates discreetly during sales transactions.
- Coordinate with Sales Associates, administrative, and management teams.
- Handle gift wrapping and manage the back-of-house area.
- Accompany clients to the door upon departure.
- Assist with care service duties, including repairs and registrations.
- Adhere to all group, Maison, and boutique policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Participate in inventory management and price labeling.
- Contribute to the setup and breakdown of the boutique during opening and closing.
- Implement visual merchandising guidelines.
- Order boutique supplies such as bags, drinks, and office materials.
- Maintain an impeccable boutique environment, including music and olfactory atmosphere.
- Ensure windows and counters are in perfect condition.
- Manage client appointments and provide proactive support to Sales Associates.
- Optimize boutique space and anticipate floor organization needs.
- Fluency in English and Spanish; additional languages are advantageous.
- Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
- Proactive in identifying customer needs and potential issues.
- Collaborative spirit and willingness to support team goals.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility in working hours.
- Basic computer and POS system knowledge.
Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service is required.
