1. Oversee daily operational management of the boutique in collaboration with the Boutique Director.
2. Coach and develop sales teams, ensuring alignment with individual development plans.
3. Facilitate training programs and conduct quarterly evaluations.
4. Support sales staff during transactions, ensuring adherence to sales processes.
5. Coordinate after-sales service and ensure effective communication with headquarters.
6. Analyze monthly boutique performance dashboards and contribute to annual action plans.
7. Ensure compliance with boutique procedures, including security and inventory management.
8. Participate in retail projects and support recruitment efforts.
9. Act as the key user for the boutique's management software, Gemini.
10. Manage the boutique in the absence of the Director, ensuring security and team well-being.

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business or a related field

1. Strong commercial acumen with influencing and negotiation capabilities
2. Empathetic leadership with team development skills
3. Rigorous organizational and management skills
4. Proficiency in English and a third language preferred
5. Competence with IT tools and software

Proven experience in sales with a focus on achieving results and managing teams.
