- Oversee and manage administrative tasks related to client services, ensuring adherence to company procedures and commercial policies.
- Inspect received items and manage their return to clients, ensuring quality and satisfaction.
- Coordinate service transfers and returns, maintaining meticulous records.
- Verify estimates from workshops before communicating them to sales staff and clients.
- Monitor and manage the service stock, including repair orders and spare parts, conducting regular inventories.
- Support the sales team by updating clients on service progress, explaining estimates, and managing remote payment and delivery services.
- Handle value estimation services and assist in resolving client inquiries and disputes.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client data.
- Participate in training new team members and contribute to operational reports and analyses.
- Propose enhancements to client experience and operational performance.
- Engage in team meetings, challenges, and events, adhering to safety and procedural standards.
- Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent.
- Proficiency in IT tools such as SAP, IPASS, and NSI is advantageous.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Interest or initial experience in jewelry and watchmaking.
- Strong client orientation.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proactive with strong initiative-taking abilities.
- Team-oriented with strong interpersonal skills.
Prior exposure to the jewelry or watchmaking industry is beneficial, though not mandatory.
