1. Manage and account for accounts payable invoices, ensuring compliance with fiscal and regulatory impacts.
2. Oversee supplier accounting projects.
3. Control the fiscal drawer with VAT registers.
4. Monitor and reconcile balance sheet accounts monthly.
5. Support supplier circularization activities.
6. Formalize and verify controls related to management closure.
7. Manage the preservation and archiving of fiscal documents in alignment with other Italian entities.
8. Monitor order management processes and control payments.
9. Support internal control activities.

1. Diploma in Accounting or a Degree in Business Economics.
2. Knowledge of VAT principles.
3. Familiarity with the SAP information system.

1. Proficiency in Office programs and Outlook.
2. French language skills are preferred.

Experience in accounting, particularly in managing accounts payable and supplier projects.

Diploma in Accounting or Degree in Business Economics.
