Cartier Accounting Specialist

Cartier is a renowned luxury goods company, known for its exquisite jewelry and watches. The Italian production hub, PGI SpA, is part of Cartier Joaillerie Manufacturing.

1. Manage and account for incoming invoices, considering fiscal and regulatory impacts
2. Handle projects related to supplier accounting
3. Control the tax drawer with VAT registers
4. Monitor and reconcile balance sheet accounts monthly
5. Support supplier circularization
6. Formalize and verify controls related to management closure
7. Manage fiscal conservation and archiving in line with other Italian companies
8. Monitor order management process with payment control
9. Support internal control activities

1. Diploma in Accounting or Degree in Business Economics
2. Degree in Chartered Accountancy

1. Proficiency in Office programs and Outlook
2. Knowledge of VAT principles
3. Familiarity with SAP information system
4. French language skills are preferred

Experience in accounting and financial management, particularly in handling invoices and supplier accounting.

Diploma in Accounting or Degree in Business Economics, Degree in Chartered Accountancy
