Cartier Accessories & Fragrance Category Manager

- Develop and execute the local marketing strategy for Cartier Accessories & Fragrances in the UK & Ireland, aligning with European and international directives.
- Conduct comprehensive sales analysis to inform strategic action plans aimed at enhancing sales performance.
- Lead and manage 360-degree projects and initiatives, focusing on key product launches within the Accessories & Fragrances category.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure timely and effective delivery of marketing initiatives.
- Adapt global strategies to the UK market, identifying top business priorities and client needs.
- Set annual sales targets and budgets in coordination with the network, and monitor progress throughout the year.
- Develop strong trade marketing plans with external partners to maximize sales and visibility across all channels.
- Manage the launch and promotion of new products, ensuring optimal market penetration and visibility.
- Provide expertise on product categories, developing training programs and supporting materials for launches.
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize product visibility and client experience across all channels.
- Work with the Press & PR team to enhance brand awareness and support media and digital initiatives.
- Serve as the primary contact for HQ and European teams, ensuring equitable support and resource allocation.
- Previous marketing experience, preferably in the fragrance or trade marketing sectors.
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- International cultural awareness is advantageous.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on quantitative analysis.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Organized and pragmatic, with the ability to manage and initiate new projects.
- Proactive and results-oriented with a focus on ROI.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and thoroughness.
Candidates should possess prior marketing experience, ideally within the fragrance industry or trade marketing.
