Burberry Visual Merchandiser (Outlet)

- Implement and maintain Burberry visual merchandising standards across the Roermond McArthurGlen Outlet store, including window displays, feature areas and planogram compliance.
- Execute seasonal and promotional visual installations on time and to brand specification, coordinating fixtures, props and product placement.
- Monitor and refresh in-store presentation daily to optimise customer flow, product visibility and commercial impact.
- Collaborate closely with the Store Manager and retail team to translate merchandising directives into effective floor-level execution.
- Support stock rotation and replenishment to ensure display integrity and availability of key styles.
- Train and coach store colleagues on visual standards and simple display techniques to uphold consistency.
- Report merchandising activities and visual KPI outcomes to regional visual managers, proposing improvements to increase sales per square metre.
- Ensure health and safety compliance during build and installation of displays and liaise with external suppliers when required.
- Proven experience in visual merchandising or retail display, ideally within luxury, premium or outlet retail environments.
- Strong aesthetic sensibility with the ability to translate brand guidelines into compelling physical presentations.
- Excellent organisational skills with the capacity to manage multiple installations and meet tight deadlines.
- Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and peak retail periods.
- Physical capability to handle display setups (lifting, bending and working at height where applicable).
- Fluent spoken communication and interpersonal skills for effective team collaboration and coaching.

Typically 2+ years of hands-on visual merchandising or retail display experience, with previous exposure to luxury or premium retail preferred; outlet experience is advantageous.
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational qualification or degree in visual merchandising, retail design or a related discipline preferred.
