Burberry Visual Merchandiser (Outlet)

- Implement Burberry visual merchandising standards and seasonal directives across the Bicester Village outlet store, ensuring consistent brand presentation.
- Design, install and maintain window displays, in‑store vignettes and feature areas that drive footfall and commercial performance.
- Execute planograms, fixture styling and product adjacencies to maximise sell‑through and reveal key product stories.
- Coordinate with store management, the regional VM team and operations to schedule installations, refreshes and promotional rollouts.
- Manage props, signage and POP materials; ensure correct pricing, promotional messaging and signage compliance within the outlet context.
- Train and coach store colleagues on daily merchandising standards and visual upkeep; deputise on visual decisions during the VM lead's absence.
- Monitor visual KPIs, report on presentation standards and recommend improvements to enhance customer experience and conversion.
- Adhere to health & safety requirements during installations and maintain secure storage and handling of display assets.
- Minimum two years' experience in visual merchandising within retail; luxury or premium brand experience preferred.
- Strong visual sensibility with proven ability to produce high‑impact window and in‑store displays.
- Commercial awareness and understanding of how visual presentation drives sales and brand perception in an outlet environment.
- Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and seasonal peaks; physically capable of lifting and installing display elements.

At least 2 years of hands‑on visual merchandising experience, ideally within luxury, premium or outlet retail. Demonstrable track record of delivering window displays and in‑store presentations that support commercial objectives.
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational qualifications in visual merchandising, retail design or a related discipline are advantageous but not mandatory.
