- Lead the store team on the shop floor to deliver exceptional client experiences and to meet or exceed sales targets across all product categories.
- Analyse store performance and KPIs, report on business trends and competitor activity, and implement strategies to drive sales growth and productivity.
- Act as a brand ambassador with deep product knowledge, providing styling guidance and maintaining the highest standards of visual and service presentation.
- Manage client relationships and CRM activity: capture meaningful client data, execute CRM initiatives, and drive targeted, relevant client outreach.
- Coach, develop and retain talent through regular feedback, training cascades, performance reviews and bespoke development plans.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures and promote the effective use of digital tools and POS/store systems to optimise the customer journey.
- Support recruitment, participate in daily store meetings and foster a positive, high-performance working environment that balances teamwork and healthy competition.
- Proven experience in luxury retail with responsibility for driving a department or store sales and profitability.
- Demonstrable track record working to sales-related KPIs and delivering measurable commercial results.
- Strong leadership and people-management skills, with experience coaching teams to improve performance.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to adapt to change and lead by example on the shop floor.

Substantial hands-on experience in luxury retail management, including leading a customer-facing team, delivering commercial targets, and managing CRM-driven client acquisition and retention.
High school diploma or equivalent required; a degree or diploma in business, retail management, fashion or a related discipline is preferred.
