- Deliver exceptional, personalised service to clients and high-net-worth customers to achieve and exceed boutique sales targets and KPIs.
- Develop and maintain long-term client relationships through proactive clienteling, follow-up, bespoke appointments and private-shopping experiences.
- Provide expert product knowledge and styling advice across the collection, translating brand storytelling into tailored client recommendations.
- Lead boutique floor activities during shifts, including visual merchandising standards, stock replenishment, inventory accuracy and store presentation.
- Operate POS and complete transactions, returns and after‑sales service with discretion and compliance to company policies.
- Mentor and coach junior client advisors, supporting team performance, onboarding and development to raise service quality and sales conversion.
- Support boutique events, trunk shows and client outreach initiatives, collaborating with local marketing and CRM teams to maximise client engagement.
- Proven track record of high-performance sales within luxury fashion or premium retail, with demonstrable achievement of targets.
- Experience in clienteling and managing VIP or private clients, including organising bespoke shopping experiences.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to read client needs, drive conversions and increase average transaction value.
- Leadership or mentoring experience within a retail environment; able to supervise a team and support talent development.
- Professional demeanour, impeccable presentation and the discretion required when dealing with high-profile clients.

High school diploma or equivalent required; tertiary education in fashion, retail management, business or a related discipline preferred.
