- Deliver exceptional, personalised client service to establish and retain high-value relationships and lifetime clients.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through consultative selling and proactive clienteling.
- Develop and execute clienteling strategies using CRM to grow bookings, follow-ups, and repeat purchases.
- Maintain deep product knowledge across categories to advise clients on fit, styling and care.
- Support store visual merchandising standards and participate in seasonal floor moves and shop windows.
- Manage sales transactions, returns and after‑sales service with accuracy and discretion.
- Coordinate private appointments, client events and trunk shows to drive client engagement and conversion.
- Coach and mentor junior sales staff; contribute to a high-performance retail team culture.
- Proven track record of high-performance sales in luxury retail; demonstrable client portfolio and conversion metrics.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with refined consultative selling and negotiation abilities.
- Strong clienteling and CRM experience; ability to manage client data and follow-up processes.
- High level of professionalism, discretion and cultural sensitivity when servicing VIP clients.
