- Deliver exceptional, personalised service throughout the customer journey, building long‑term client relationships and loyalty.
- Proactively drive store sales and consistently achieve individual and store targets through clienteling, in‑store conversion and follow‑up.
- Use CRM and clienteling tools to capture client data, manage appointments, and execute targeted outreach and aftercare.
- Present and communicate product stories and brand heritage with expert knowledge of collections, materials and craftsmanship.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards, ensure product presentation and store floor readiness in line with brand guidelines.
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems, handle exchanges and returns, and ensure adherence to cash handling and merchandising procedures.
- Support stock management, replenishment and loss‑prevention measures to preserve inventory integrity.
- Contribute to store events, private appointments and VIP experiences, coordinating with store management and cross‑functional teams.
- Proven retail sales experience, preferably within luxury or premium fashion (1+ year recommended).
- Strong clienteling and relationship‑building skills with a customer‑centric mindset.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; polished presentation and professional demeanour.
- Commercially minded with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Organised, reliable and able to work a flexible retail schedule including weekends and evenings.

High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or tertiary education in fashion, retail or sales is advantageous.
