- Exceed individual and store sales targets by executing key retail growth strategies.
- Own the responsibility of developing new clients and maintaining relationships with existing ones, ensuring adherence to the Burberry Experience in all interactions.
- Embrace the Burberry Experience and adhere to company training guidelines to reflect the brand's luxury image.
- Achieve personal sales goals consistently based on Burberry's code of conduct.
- Provide exceptional customer service through excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Actively engage clients to cultivate loyalty and encourage repeat visits through personalized communication.
- Utilize the updated Client Book to drive sales.
- Comply with company regulations and employ Burberry visual techniques to maintain store aesthetics.
- Ensure readiness to welcome clients at the start of the day and prepare the store for the next day's operations at closing.
- Maintain active presence on the sales floor and ensure fitting rooms are kept clean.
- Support back-of-house operations, including markdown processes, inventory management, and sales events.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in luxury or related industry.
- High school diploma or equivalent; preference for fashion-related degrees.
- Proficiency in Chinese and English is preferred.
- Interest in fashion and design.
- Understanding of POS and store systems.
- Proactive attitude with a focus on achieving results.
- Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication with staff and clients.
- Flexibility and adaptability to change.
- Commitment to providing excellent customer service.
Candidates should have at least one year of experience in the luxury or related industry, with a preference for those with a background in luxury sales or service.
High school diploma or equivalent; fashion-related degrees preferred.
