Burberry Personal Assistant (Maternity Cover)

- Manage complex international diaries and agendas for Strategy and Supply Chain leadership, ensuring timely preparation and flawless execution.
- Coordinate meeting briefs, presentations and supporting materials with discretion and attention to detail.
- Arrange end-to-end travel itineraries and coordinate bookings, visas and expense submissions in line with company policy.
- Raise purchase orders, support invoice processing and oversee general office administration for the Supply Chain function.
- Respond to and triage IT and facilities requests, liaising with internal partners to resolve issues efficiently.
- Support the planning and delivery of internal events, town halls and wider functional activities.
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant supporting senior stakeholders in a fast-paced, global environment.
- High level of proficiency in Outlook, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel; comfortable with digital collaboration tools.
- Exceptional organisational skills with a rigorous attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities calmly.
- Clear and confident communicator with a collaborative mindset and high professional integrity.
- Proactive, reliable and adaptable with the ability to anticipate needs and provide seamless administrative support.
- Comfortable working within an administrative community to provide cover and shared support as required.
