Burberry Personal Assistant

- Provide comprehensive administrative and organisational support to a senior executive, acting with delegated authority where agreed.
- Manage complex diaries and agendas across multiple time zones, anticipating and resolving scheduling conflicts.
- Serve as first point of contact for the leadership team, screening enquiries and liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
- Book international and domestic travel, prepare detailed itineraries and manage travel logistics.
- Process expenses and reimbursements in line with company policy; use travel and expense systems to ensure accurate records.
- Raise purchase orders and process supplier invoices following company procurement procedures.
- Coordinate IT and facilities/maintenance queries with appropriate internal teams or external suppliers.
- Prepare and format presentations, papers and briefing materials for meetings and town halls.
- Organise team events and leadership meetings on request, handling logistics and on-site coordination.
- Support other team members with administrative tasks as required, maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
- Proven experience as a PA or EA supporting senior management or C-suite leaders.
- High level of computer literacy, particularly Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
- Practical experience with Concur or equivalent travel & expense management systems.
- Proven ability to manage diaries, complex travel arrangements and expense administration.
- Excellent written and spoken English with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Demonstrable discretion, integrity and ability to handle confidential information.
- Organisational resilience and the ability to prioritise under pressure.

Proven experience supporting senior managers or executive leadership in a PA/EA capacity; typically demonstrated through several years in high-pressure corporate or luxury retail environments.
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational qualification in business or administration preferred. Degree-level education in a related discipline is advantageous but not required.
