- Deliver personalised, elevated service to new and existing clients to meet and exceed individual and store sales KPIs.
- Develop long-term client relationships through appointment-based selling, proactive follow-up and after-sales service.
- Convey passion for the brand through storytelling, product and styling expertise to create desire and drive conversions.
- Execute the client journey: create a strong first impression, discover client needs, present product and close the sale while maintaining the relationship.
- Maintain luxury standards in-house operations: merchandising, product replenishment, inventory support, markdowns and stockroom upkeep as required.
- Adhere to company policies and visual guidelines to ensure the store reflects Burberry’s brand standards.
- Contribute to a collaborative team environment and foster a positive workplace culture.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a luxury retail environment.
- Demonstrable experience in clientelling and appointment-based selling.
- Strong interest in fashion, art and culture with solid product knowledge.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; confident, professional and client-focused manner.
- Fluent in the local language (French); strong English skills desirable; additional languages an asset.

Proven experience in luxury retail sales and clientelling, ideally with at least 2+ years in a boutique or department store environment and familiarity with appointment-driven service.
Secondary school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in retail, fashion or a related field preferred.
