Burberry Global Training Content Developer

- Design, author and produce engaging retail training programmes and assets — including in-store activities, seasonal and core product training, onboarding modules, films and conference materials.
- Translate complex product, commercial and operational content into clear, digestible and inspiring learning experiences tailored for retail teams.
- Define and maintain the tone of voice, visual standards and pedagogical approach for the global retail training curriculum; propose new creative concepts to increase learner engagement and commercial impact.
- Partner with Retail Training Managers to shape the training roadmap and align initiatives to retail KPIs and performance objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (product, commercial, operations, regional training teams) to ensure content accuracy, alignment and approvals.
- Plan and deliver train‑the‑trainer (TTT) sessions for training teams and retail leaders, including delivery guidance, localisation direction and stakeholder management.
- Conduct store visits to observe training moments, build relationships with store leaders and identify content opportunities informed by frontline insight.
- Monitor and analyse learner feedback and platform analytics to iterate on content and measure impact.
- Manage digital learning assets and platform experience: script, format, optimise and execute quality checks for content across RSpace and other learning systems.
- Maintain and update existing modules, support translations workflow and perform user‑experience testing to ensure regional readiness.
- Minimum 3+ years' experience in retail training design and development, ideally within a global function.
- Practical retail experience on the shop floor or in back‑of‑house operations.
- Demonstrable expertise in adult learning methodologies and applying instructional design to drive commercial outcomes.
- Proven experience in cross‑functional collaboration and stakeholder management at regional or global scale.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present and defend learning approaches to senior audiences.
- Excellent organisational skills and a track record of delivering projects to deadline across multiple markets.

Minimum three years of practical experience designing and developing retail training content, preferably within a global retail or corporate learning function; direct retail floor or operational experience is required.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Learning & Development, Instructional Design, Education, or a related discipline preferred.
