- Lead day-to-day store operations, acting as a visible brand ambassador on the sales floor and modelling Burberry behaviours.
- Own the employee experience: recruit, retain and develop talent through coaching, performance management, mobility and succession planning.
- Drive commercial performance by monitoring sales, conversion, inventory optimisation and identifying growth opportunities within the local market.
- Ensure exemplary customer experience by embedding customer‑focused behaviours across the team and cultivating long‑term client relationships.
- Maintain luxury standards of presentation and visual merchandising, ensuring store execution aligns with Brand guidelines.
- Leverage digital assets and e‑commerce touchpoints to enhance the in‑store customer journey and sales performance.
- Ensure operational excellence and compliance with corporate policies, local employment and retail legislation, and health & safety requirements (including documented emergency evacuation plans recorded on Rivo).
- Demonstrable alignment with Burberry Store Management behaviours: Service Focused, Leading to Inspire, Commercially Aware, Developing Talent and Driving Excellence.
- Fluent English and proficiency in the local language relevant to the store market.
- Proven experience in a luxury brand or high‑end service/selling environment with a strong luxury ethos.
- Digital literacy with comfort navigating social media and e‑commerce platforms.
- Knowledge of local employment and retail legislation and flexible availability to meet store needs.

Extensive retail management experience in luxury or premium retail environments, with track record of managing teams, meeting sales targets and overseeing stores of comparable size and complexity; metrics considered include sales turnover, conversion and scope of previous managerial responsibility.
Bachelor’s degree in business, retail management or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
