Burberry Department Manager, Accessories

- Lead and coach the sales team to achieve category sales targets and KPIs, delivering the Burberry Experience at every client touchpoint.
- Own commercial performance for the accessories category in partnership with the Store Manager, driving sell-through and category development.
- Provide real-time and post-transaction coaching to associates; establish and monitor individual development plans and performance reviews.
- Manage customer flow and service standards on the selling floor; resolve complex customer service issues and escalate when necessary.
- Drive in-store digital engagement and use mobile/digital tools to support sales and client communication.
- Support recruiting, onboarding and integration of new team members; cultivate an open, positive and high-performing work environment.
- Authorize transactional exceptions (post-voids, promotional discounts, employee sales) in the absence of store management and assist with store opening/closing procedures.
- Advanced proficiency with POS systems and transactional procedures.
- Comfortable using Apple mobile devices and in-store digital selling tools.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex customer service scenarios (complaints, returns, repairs, after-sales).
- Strong interpersonal communication and coaching skills; fluent, professional client dialogue.
- Minimum 1–2 years of supervisory or management experience in retail sales; experience in luxury or premium retail preferred.

1–2 years of supervisory or management experience in retail sales, with a track record of leading teams to meet sales targets and improve KPI performance; prior experience in luxury or premium retail is preferred.
High school diploma or equivalent required; tertiary education in business, retail management or fashion is advantageous.
