- Deliver exemplary, personalised client service and maintain long-term client relationships through proactive clienteling and follow-up.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets by advising clients on product selection and styling.
- Maintain elevated store standards including visual merchandising, product presentation and boutique upkeep to brand specifications.
- Operate point-of-sale systems, process transactions accurately and manage stock movements between sales floor and stockroom.
- Participate in trainings, product briefings and store meetings to maintain deep product knowledge and service consistency.
- Adhere to brand policies, loss-prevention procedures and local regulatory requirements while safeguarding client data and privacy.
- Proven ability to deliver high-quality customer service in a retail or client-facing environment.
- Demonstrable sales aptitude with experience meeting targets; luxury retail experience preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; ability to engage clients with confidence and discretion.
- Professional appearance and strong presentation skills aligned with a luxury brand image.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and public holidays, and ability to work retail shift patterns.

Typically 1–2 years of retail or client-facing sales experience is preferred; prior experience in luxury fashion or premium retail environments is advantageous.
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or coursework in retail, fashion, hospitality or a related discipline is advantageous.
