1. Deliver exemplary, personalised client service and maintain long-term client relationships through proactive clienteling and follow-up.

4. Operate point-of-sale systems, process transactions accurately and manage stock movements between sales floor and stockroom.
5. Participate in trainings, product briefings and store meetings to maintain deep product knowledge and service consistency.
6. Adhere to brand policies, loss-prevention procedures and local regulatory requirements while safeguarding client data and privacy.

1. Proven ability to deliver high-quality customer service in a retail or client-facing environment.
2. Demonstrable sales aptitude with experience meeting targets; luxury retail experience preferred.
3. Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; ability to engage clients with confidence and discretion.
4. Professional appearance and strong presentation skills aligned with a luxury brand image.
5. Flexible availability, including weekends and public holidays, and ability to work retail shift patterns.
6. Legal authorization to work in South Korea.
