- Deliver exemplary, personalised service to high‑net‑worth and walk‑in clients, cultivating long‑term relationships through consistent clienteling and follow‑up.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets while actively contributing to team performance.
- Provide expert product knowledge across ready‑to‑wear, leather goods and accessories; advise clients on fit, styling and care.
- Manage client records and communications, utilising CRM and POS systems to track preferences and sales activity.
- Support visual merchandising and floor standards to uphold the Burberry brand environment and presentation.
- Execute everyday store operations including cash handling, stock reception, inventory control and replenishment.
- Participate in store events, private appointments and trunk shows to drive client acquisition and retention.
- Adhere to loss‑prevention, compliance and service standards while promoting an inclusive and professional store culture.
- Proven aptitude for high‑touch client service with a polished, professional demeanour.
- Previous retail or hospitality experience; experience in luxury or premium brands strongly preferred.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport across diverse client segments.
- Clean cash handling record and familiarity with point‑of‑sale procedures.
- Flexibility to work retail hours including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining brand standards.

At least 1 year of customer‑facing experience in retail or hospitality; prior experience with luxury or premium brands is preferred.
