- Deliver exceptional, personalised service to high-value clientele, building long-term relationships and driving repeat business.
- Achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets through expert product knowledge and consultative selling.
- Execute clienteling activities, including proactive outreach, appointment management and tailored follow-ups using CRM tools.
- Maintain refined visual merchandising standards and ensure the boutique reflects brand presentation and stock integrity.
- Operate Point-of-Sale (POS) systems accurately, manage transactions, returns and maintain daily cash and sales reports.
- Contribute to stock management processes including receiving, replenishment and loss-prevention procedures.
- Collaborate with store colleagues and management to deliver seamless guest experiences and support store initiatives.
- Proven track record in retail sales or client-facing roles; luxury or premium fashion experience preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a polished, service-oriented manner.
- Demonstrable ability to meet and exceed sales targets through consultative selling and relationship management.
- Comfortable using POS systems and CRM platforms; numerate and detail-oriented for transactional accuracy.

Minimum 1–2 years of retail or client-facing sales experience, with preference given to candidates who have worked in luxury, premium fashion, or lifestyle boutiques.
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or tertiary qualifications in fashion, retail management or related fields are advantageous.
