- Achieve and exceed individual and store commercial KPIs, including appointments, UPT, ATV and AUR.
- Deliver a personalised, elevated luxury service through storytelling, product expertise and refined styling.
- Own the client journey: make a strong first impression, discover client needs, propose coordinated looks and close sales while building long‑term relationships.
- Drive client acquisition and retention through proactive appointment selling, regular contact and effective follow‑up.
- Provide efficient after‑sales service and ensure client requests are managed to completion.
- Support daily store operations: maintain luxury standards front and back of house, manage replenishment, assist with inventory tasks and stockroom maintenance when required.
- Uphold Burberry visual standards and follow company policies, procedures and loss‑prevention protocols.
- Foster teamwork and contribute to a positive, collaborative store culture.
- Proven track record of delivering sales and consistently exceeding targets.
- Demonstrable experience in clientelling and appointment‑based selling within fashion or luxury retail.
- Strong product knowledge across fashion, accessories and styling; good understanding of competitor landscape.
- Impeccable personal presentation and high standards of client communication.
- Commercially minded, results driven and comfortable working to KPI targets.

Previous experience in luxury or premium retail with a proven sales record and demonstrable clientelling experience. Experience working by appointment and achieving client acquisition/retention targets is required.
Secondary education or equivalent. Vocational training or certificates in retail, fashion or styling are desirable but not mandatory.
