Burberry Client Advisor

- Deliver personalised, elevated client experiences through appointment-led and walk-in service to build loyalty and drive repeat business.
- Meet and exceed individual and store sales targets and commercial KPIs through consultative selling, storytelling and product expertise.
- Develop and maintain meaningful long-term relationships with new and existing clients via proactive clienteling, follow-up and after-sales care.
- Provide expert styling advice and demonstrate in-depth knowledge of Burberry product, fashion trends and competitor offers.
- Support daily store operations, including merchandising, replenishment, inventory management, markdowns and stockroom maintenance as required.
- Maintain Burberry visual and luxury service standards at all times and adhere to company policies and guidelines.
- Foster teamwork and a positive working climate, contributing to a collaborative store culture.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a luxury retail environment.
- Previous clientelling experience with demonstrable relationship-building success.
- Strong interest in fashion, art and culture with up-to-date knowledge of product and market competitors.
- Impeccable presentation, communication and interpersonal skills; confident when engaging clients at all levels.
- Energetic, proactive, results-driven and adaptable with a collaborative team mindset.
- Fluent in the local language (German); proficiency in English is desirable; additional languages advantageous.

Demonstrable experience in luxury or premium retail with a proven sales record and prior clientelling responsibilities; experience working as part of a retail team and managing client appointments is expected.
High school diploma or equivalent; tertiary education in fashion, business or a related discipline is advantageous but not required.
