Burberry Client Advisor

- Build and nurture long-term relationships with new and existing clients through appointment-based and walk-in service, cultivating loyalty and repeat business.
- Deliver personalised, elevated luxury service by storytelling the brand, advising on product styling and closing sales to meet individual and store commercial targets.
- Achieve and exceed individual sales KPIs (appointments, UPT, ATV, AUR) and service metrics (guest experience, NPS) through proactive client engagement and follow-up.
- Manage the client journey end-to-end: make strong first impressions, discover client needs, act as product and styling expert, close sales and ensure post-sale care.
- Support daily store operations and visual standards: maintain front- and back-of-house luxury presentation, assist with product replenishment, markdowns and stockroom maintenance as required.
- Contribute to a collaborative team environment and adhere to company policies, visual guidelines and service protocols to uphold the Burberry client experience.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a retail or luxury environment.
- Demonstrable experience in clientelling and appointment-led selling.
- Strong product knowledge and an informed interest in fashion, art and culture.
- Impeccable presentation, excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Energetic, proactive, commercially minded and able to work collaboratively in a team.

Several years of hands-on retail or luxury sales experience with a demonstrable record of client acquisition, retention and achieving sales KPIs; prior experience in appointment-driven client service is required.
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certification in retail, hospitality or luxury sales is advantageous.
