Bvlgari Workshop Manager - After Sales Service

- Supervise a team of watchmakers, jewelers, and polishers in the Neuchâtel workshop.
- Ensure timely, quality, and cost-effective delivery of repairs, including VIP services and subcontracting coordination.
- Collaborate with Operations to maintain and ensure availability of High-End watches.
- Identify and analyze recurring defects to implement short, medium, and long-term action plans.
- Drive continuous improvement of the service, considering budgets, and propose client-focused solutions.
- Work closely with Customer Service to optimize client responses and with logistics to ensure long-term product reparability.
- Develop solutions for re-industrialization or replacement of depleted components.
- Enhance the brand through restoration and maintenance of historical watches.
- Horology or engineering background with substantial workshop management experience, ideally in after-sales service.
- Client-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Solid technical understanding and the ability to resolve issues with patience and composure.
- Strong relational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in French and English (B2 level); knowledge of Spanish is advantageous.
Minimum of 5 years in a relevant field.
Background in horology or engineering.
