1. Supervise the Neuchâtel workshop team, including watchmakers, jewelers, and polishers, ensuring timely, quality, and cost-effective delivery of repairs, including VIP services.
2. Coordinate with the global technical training manager and Quality Feedback to maintain high standards.
3. Collaborate with Operations to ensure the maintenance and availability of high-end watches, analyzing recurring defects and implementing action plans.
4. Drive continuous improvement of the service, considering budgets and proposing client solutions regarding timelines, quality, and technical communication.
5. Work closely with Customer Service to optimize client responses and with logistics to ensure long-term product reparability.
6. Develop solutions for re-industrialization or replacement of depleted components, enhancing brand value through restoration and maintenance of historical watches.

1. Training in watchmaking or engineering with substantial workshop management experience, ideally in after-sales service.

1. Client-oriented with the ability to manage complex situations and find effective solutions.
2. Strong technical understanding and problem-solving skills with patience and composure.
3. Ability to manage operational priorities, emergencies, and strategic challenges simultaneously.
4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
5. Proficiency in French and English (B2 level), with Spanish as an advantageous asset.

Minimum of 5 years in a relevant field.

Training in watchmaking or engineering.
