- Define product strategy for Jewelry Watches lines, including Lucea, Divas’ Dream, and High-Jewelry Watches, from initial brief to go-to-market.
- Play a key role in product range definition and launches, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and seizing commercial opportunities.
- Collaborate with Design, Product Development, Production, and the jewelry division in Rome to contribute to new product creation.
- Manage product lifecycle, including sales analysis, pricing strategy, margin management, and forecasting.
- Work closely with communication teams in Rome to develop and deploy a 360° communication strategy aligned with divisional objectives.
- Present product universe and target audience to colleagues, providing critical insights on proposed plans and tools.
- Identify market needs and support local marketing plans and ad hoc projects with expert product knowledge.
- Master's degree in Marketing or equivalent.
- Minimum 4 years of experience as a Product Manager in the luxury sector, ideally in watches and/or jewelry.
- Strong expertise in marketing techniques.
- Ability to integrate customer feedback and market trends.
- Autonomous project management with adherence to deadlines.
- Analytical business acumen combined with a keen sensitivity to product design.
- Entrepreneurial spirit with strong client orientation.
- Organizational skills, flexibility, and teamwork in a multicultural environment.
- Fluency in French and English; Italian is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, and Power BI.
Minimum of 4 years as a Product Manager in the luxury sector, preferably in watches or jewelry.
Master's degree in Marketing or equivalent.
